Period of Supply of Service

Starting from the initial lesson date stipulated in the contract of admission mailed.

Cooling Off

1. The contract may be cancelled and the application may be retracted upon written request within 8 days of the contract delivery date.
2. . In the event of actions that prevent cooling off, such as misrepresentation or threats by the company, a new document regarding the cooling off period will be sent and the contract may be cancelled and the application may be retracted upon written request within 8 days of the new cooling off document delivery date.
3. The cancellation of the contract and retraction of the application will be established when the written request for cancellation or retraction is sent to the company.
4. No handling fee, damage compensation or penalties shall be charged for the cancellation of the contract and retraction of the application within the cooling off period. There shall be no payment obligation from the client for any services or when returning any material provided. Should there have been any payment, total or partial, it shall be eligible for swift restitution.

Premature cancellation

In the event of a contract cancellation request outside of the aforementioned cooling off period the company shall be able to bill for the relevant items listed below or, in the event of existing advance receipts exceeding that amount, restitute that amount in its entirety.

1. In case the lessons have already started, the amount is decided based on the service provided as follows:
   ①Language or computer education services: amount equivalent to the service provided plus 50,000 yen or 20% of the remaining contract amount, whichever total is lower
   ②Other services: amount equivalent to the service provided plus 20,000 yen or the amount equivalent to one month’s tuition fee, whichever total is lower
2. In case the lessons have yet to start, the amount shall be decided based on the service provided as follows:
   ①Language or computer education services: Up to 15,000 yen as regular contract execution and implementation fees
   ②Up to 11,000 yen as regular contract execution and implementation fees
3. In case the premature cancellation is consequence of changing terms on part of the company, no cancellation fee shall be collected
4. In the event of a refund, the transaction shall be done within 30 days to the requestee via the method decided by the client
5. During premature cancellations, in case there are advanced receipts for unused materials, that amount shall be restituted
6. The premature cancellation application must be done to the enrolled school before the last day of month preceding the cancellation (withdrawal) month.

Other noteworthy information regarding refunds

For those utilizing Convenience Store Payment (via receipt or online), payments cannot be done at the counter.
